Responsibilities
* Help lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager
* Supervise, coach, and motivate team members
* Maintain a positive work environment and strong guest service
* Work kitchen and service stations as needed
* Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members
* Monitor P&L reports and help manage labor/food costs
* Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
What We're Looking For
* 1-3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
* A people leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
* Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
* Experience reviewing P&L statements (preferred)
* A passion for real food and making a real impact
* Must be at least 21 years old and able to get a Food Manager's certification after hire
* Full-time leadership role
* Hands-on work in a fast-casual kitchen environment
* Involves lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, cooking, and bending
* Weekday, weekend, and evening shifts may be required
