Assistant General Manager

We are looking for a strong Assistant General Manager to join a well-established, high-volume restaurant team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, and creating an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate comes from a high-volume, full-service or upscale restaurant environment and knows how to balance hospitality with strong business operations. We are looking for someone who leads from the floor, builds relationships with guests and employees, and can step in wherever needed.

• Current or recent AGM or strong Restaurant Manager experience

• High-volume, full-service restaurant background

• Strong FOH operations and guest service skills

• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing teams

• Solid understanding of labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls

• Comfortable handling employee relations and performance issues

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence

• Ability to maintain standards in a fast-paced environment

• Genuine passion for hospitality and team development
