Assistant General Manager

Take your career to the next level as a Taco Bell Assistant Manager with JEM Restaurant Group! We’re looking for talented Assistant General Managers (AGMs) to join our teams in South Carolina and Georgia , with an annual salary range of $50,000–$60,000 .

As an AGM, you’ll support the Restaurant General Manager by helping lead daily operations, scheduling team members, managing inventory and ordering, and training and developing the crew. You’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, efficient, and guest‑focused restaurant experience.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure smooth shift execution and maintain compliance with all health and safety standards
• Manage labor and food costs to support strong financial performance
• Hire, train, mentor, and schedule team members
• Resolve guest concerns and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serve as the RGM’s right‑hand leader and step in when they’re away
