What we’re looking for:
- Hands on manager
- Proven restaurant management experience
- POS and Operational expertise
- Experience growing catering and managing private events
- outstanding customer service
- Ability to lead busy shifts with confidence and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Schedule, including nights, weekends, and major sporting events
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating front-of-house staff
- Ability to multitask
- Maintaining high service standards
- Assisting with staffing, training, scheduling, and daily operations
- Working closely with ownership and management to continue building one of the area’s most respected pubs
- Manage a busy Weekly events with soccer, college football and NFL , Beer Bingo, Pub Quiz , Karaoke and Live Music
