Assistant General CounselOnsite Location: Scottsdale, AZCompensation: $200,000 to $240,000 annuallyWorkplace Location: Fully OnsitePosition SummaryAs Assistant General Counsel you will be responsible for managing a wide range of transactions and projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide legal guidance in a number of diverse areas, including commercial contracts, marketing, intellectual property registration and protection. You will take a business-oriented approach to preventing and solving problems, while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
