Onelife Fitness is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to support daily operations within our Fitness & Wellness department. In this role, you’ll assist in managing personal training and group fitness programs, mentor trainers and instructors, and help ensure exceptional member experiences.
Responsibilities include staff scheduling, onboarding and development, floor supervision, and supporting sales of training services. You’ll collaborate with club leadership to maintain high standards of safety, service, and cleanliness, and actively engage with members to promote wellness, community, and a positive club culture.
