The Assistant Corporate Controller will play a key role in helping a growing multibillion-dollar organization continue to scale its accounting and reporting infrastructure while partnering closely with senior finance leadership on strategic initiatives.

Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting activities for a large, complex organization Oversee technical accounting matters including complex transactions and policy application Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 10+ accounting professionals Partner with external auditors and support compliance, controls, and regulatory requirements Support ERP enhancements, system implementations, and finance transformation initiatives Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic projects, process improvements, and business initiatives

10+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing leadership responsibility in a corporate environment

Accounting degree required, CPA strongly preferred

Prior public accounting experience highly valued

Experience within a large private equity backed or public company environment

Experience with a product based industry and understanding of inventory accounting

Strong technical accounting and US GAAP knowledge

Experience leading process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives
