ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll help keep a busy retail property running effectively, working with the property leadership team, on-site staff and contractors. Your responsibilities will cover maintenance, service delivery, expenditure tracking, safety and tenant liaison.
This would suit someone with experience supporting a large commercial property who wants broader responsibility and continued career development.
DUTIES
- Manage facilities performance through in-house staff and vendor management
- Coordinate, manage, and report on contractors and service partners
- Assist budget tracking and cost control
- Monitor compliance and safety standards
- Identify facilities improvement opportunities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years in Facilities Management of large complex facilities with high foot traffic
- Fully computer / software literate
