Assistant Executive DirectorWe are hiring an Assistant Executive Director at Cedarwood at Sandy who will be responsible for driving resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial and process management, strategic planning and implementation in coordination with the Executive Director.What will I do every day?Support the Executive Director to meet and exceed community goals including Resident Loyalty, Associate Engagement and financial performance targetsSupervise Resident Relations department and additional departments as assignedHire, train, manage and retain highly effective associatesIdentify and develop talent for future succession opportunitiesSupport community business planning and forecastingManage operations based on occupancy and financial targetsLead community projects, committees, and continuous improvementsManage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyaltyDrive adoption of Kisco's software systems, resources and toolsResponsible to identify, benchmark and leverage best practices in the industryUnderstand and support the community sales processPerform other related duties as requiredWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 3-5 years' management experience over a team of associates in health care, senior living or related fieldProven track record leading results driven teams with an emphasis on financial and operational performance, customer and associate engagementExperience working with seniors highly desirableMaster's degree a plusMust be open to relocate in up to 2 of Kisco's other cluster markets: Raleigh, Northern California, Southern California, Maryland/DCWhat's in it for me?
