Assistant Engineering Manager / CivilAllTek Staffing is partnering with one of Pittsburgh's largest civil engineering firms to help them with a need in one of their industrial groups that are looking to add a team member. They have a need for someone to come in as an Assistant Engineering Manager / Civil to help mentor younger engineers and manage some projects. This is a direct hire role with vacation, benefits, 401k, and remote work flexibility.Duties/Responsibilities:Supervising entry to mid-experienced technical specialists and EITsLeading environmental compliance projects such as NPDES Permit sampling and discharge monitoring report preparationLeading the design and technical direction for civil/site, water resources, and/or wastewater components on power generation facility projectsDeliverables may include Civil/Site Development and Access Road Grading Plans, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans, Stormwater Management Plans, Utility Design, and Relocation Plans, Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Plans, Hydrology and Hydraulic Reports, Permit Application Packages (earth disturbance, land development, highway occupancy, water obstruction and encroachment, water quality, etc), and Construction Plans, Specifications, and Opinions of Probable CostWater and wastewater engineering and design, which may include collection, conveyance, treatment, pumping, and storage systemsWater Resource engineering and design, which may include hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, drainage systems, channels, and stormwater management systemsDesign of temporary and permanent Stormwater Best Management Practices (channels, culverts, infiltration, detention, and/or retention structures)Education and Experience:Bachelors (B.S.) degree from an accredited college in Environmental or Civil Engineering (M.S.
