Lebed Electric Inc. is hiring an Electrical Project Manager in Springfield, MO — entry level or experienced. We've grown exponentially year after year, and we have no plans to stop. We're looking for a go-getter who wants to grow right along with us.

As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll run electrical projects from start to finish across three markets: high-end custom homes, commercial builds, and multi-family developments. You'll be the link between our field crews, general contractors, builders, homeowners, and vendors — keeping jobs on schedule, on budget, and done right.

New to project management? That's okay. We'll train the right person. Experienced PM? Bring your skills and help us scale even further.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple electrical projects at once, from bid handoff through final inspection and closeout
• Build and maintain project schedules, and coordinate crews, materials, and equipment
• Be the main point of contact for GCs, builders, designers, and homeowners
• Order materials, track deliveries, and coordinate fixture pickups from vendors
• Review plans, prints, and specs, and help solve problems in the field
• Schedule inspections and keep every job in line with code
• Track job costs, change orders, and budgets to keep projects profitable
• Visit job sites regularly to check progress, quality, and safety
• Support and mentor field crews and apprentices
• Keep leadership updated on progress, issues, and wins

Nice to have (not required):

• Construction experience preferred, and electrical experience even better — but never a deal breaker for a hard worker with an awesome attitude
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans
• Any project management experience, plus familiarity with the NEC and local inspection process
• Comfort with scheduling, estimating, or job-costing software

Must have: a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
