Join us in making a difference!Pay Range: $87,440 - $93,900 / annuallyThe Assistant District Manager (ADM) supports the district by mentoring, coaching, and training managers. Working in tandem with the District Manager (DM), the ADM leads the district to operational excellence in cleanliness, customer service, and culture through strong communication and building sustainable professional relationships.

This position involves handling administrative duties and ensuring smooth communication across all departments within the district. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and lead your team are essential to success in this role and providing a superior experience to Chuze members.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Maintain knowledge found in Chuze training, identify training needs within the teams, and ensure the district is compliant with current policiesFoster a culture of continuous growth by conducting on-the-spot feedback, drafting and delivering coaching documents and performance reviewsAssist in assembling discussion points and activities for district, region, and company-wide meetings and outingsEnsure each club meets all operations KPOs and standards in customer service, culture, and cleanliness through monthly evaluations and consistent and open communicationRecruit, onboard, and train new managers and proactively elevate recruiting efforts within the district, maintaining oversight of staff levels, hiring needs, and turnoverAct as a bridge between club management and Home Office by partnering with GMs to address escalated personnel concerns, proactively providing solutions, and partnering with the RDO and HR for guidance in any actions taken as neededEffectively determine the proper course of action in member concerns escalated from clubsConduct regular club visits to establish strong working relationships with teams, evaluate the club experience, and identify barriers to operational excellenceManage inventory processes by overseeing timely completion and proactively mitigating shrinkEstablish productive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate consistent communication between club management and Home Office departmentsApprove schedules for the district and train club leadership to adhere to labor budgets and expectations, assisting the GMs in securing a balanced scheduleProactively lead clubs in the absence of the GM, completing all GM duties and responsibilitiesMaintain knowledge and understanding of processes and protocols for handling safety emergencies or incidents within the districtPerks & Benefits Include:Free Chuze Fitness membership + 1 Free membership for a family member or friend401kMedical, Dental, Vision, and other supplemental insurances (with large employer contribution)Flex PTOProfessional training and growth opportunitiesDiscount on all retail purchases, vendor products, and smoothies (at applicable clubs)Personal device stipendTeam building events and annual partiesPhysical requirements:Able to read, write, and speak clearly in EnglishTouring the club: walking and climbing stairsBending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movementStanding for long periodsRepetitive phone workTyping and computer operationsAbility to lift at least 50lbsDue to the nature of this role, the selected candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check.QualificationsCapacity to multi-task and handle shifting priorities with attention to detail Ability to provide a positive attitude and calm under pressure Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver constructive feedback Effective problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Organized, accountable, and able to set, prioritize, and reach goals in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality and build trust from others Valid driver's license with regular ability to visit clubs across the assigned district (subject to ADA accommodation) Budget management, strategic planning, and crisis managementExperienceRequired3 years: Customer Service experience1-3 years:Experience managing a large or multi-unit team with the ability to recruit, lead, and motivate High School graduate or equivalent educationPreferredSports or fitness background Bachelor's degree or currently continuing educationEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
