Assistant District Attorney - Richland County
This Assistant District Attorney position is a part-time (.80 FTE) position to be filled in the District Attorney’s Office for Richland County, located in Richland Center, WI. This is a State position in the unclassified service. The person hired for this position may have the opportunity to assume a part-time (.20 FTE) Assistant Corporation Counsel position handling matters such as CHIPs and TPRs.
Salary Information
The starting hourly rate will be $38.59 per hour.
Attorneys who are currently employed by the State of Wisconsin are invited to apply and may be able to transfer at their current pay rate. Attorneys who have left the position of Wisconsin elected District Attorney or Assistant District Attorney within the last five years may be able to be hired at a wage rate above the minimum.
Qualifications
Only attorneys who have been admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin may be hired.
