We are looking for passionate industry professionals.ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with the restaurant management teams to ensure the restaurant's quality, including the beverage, food, service, and physical structure.Responsible for developing a cohesive team of managers, chefs, and staff in each of the restaurants.Execute and deliver consistent and successful new store openings as plannedMonitoring trends in all areas from sales to costs, cover counts, etc. and proactively reporting on such to Executive teamsDrive teams to ensure staffing, training, and restaurant needs are in place to support the business's operational needs.Oversee new restaurant openings from construction to openingBe proactive, pay attention to the details, and enable teams to make smart and timely decisions.
