The ADON supports the Director of Nursing in leading clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for residents. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, monitoring regulatory compliance, supporting survey readiness, overseeing infection control and quality initiatives, and mentoring nurses and CNAs.
