White Oak of Charlotte is seeking a motivated RN to fill our Assistant Director of Nursing position. The ADON oversees the nursing department for our skilled nursing facility. We are committed to making a difference in the quality of life for our patients/residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate flexible and innovative leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Build professional relationships with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors.
• Assist in coordinating and managing the overall operation of the nursing department in accordance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and work well with others.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience, preferably in geriatrics.
• Long‑term care and supervisory experience required.
• Knowledgeable in the interpretation of Federal, State, and local regulations relating to long‑term care facilities.
