Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and programs
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and individualized care
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and participate in the development of professional growth plans for nursing staff
- Foster relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure coordination of patient care
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
Requirements
- 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on nursing leadership
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Knowledge of nursing standards, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
