A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and help oversee the nursing department.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, organizing, and directing nursing services
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Monitor nursing practices for quality and regulatory compliance
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Promote teamwork and high standards of resident care
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license
- Management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
