What You'll Do:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in day-to-day operations and clinical oversight
- Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent resident care and high morale
- Help manage care planning, documentation, audits, and survey readiness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote communication and coordination
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Need:
- Active RN license in Ohio
- At least 2 years of experience in long-term care , with some leadership/supervisory experience
- Solid understanding of skilled nursing regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for resident care and staff development
