Job Summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Alice Manor is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including daily rounding, coaching, and mentoring
• Conduct regular assessments of resident care and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, families, and residents to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of respect

Qualifications

• Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN)
