Responsibilities

• Support annual giving initiatives, recruitment, stewardship, volunteer and reunion programs.
• Strategically manage selected solicitations, stewardship and volunteer programs to achieve annual goals.
• Maintain a portfolio of direct annual giving assignments for cultivation and solicitation.
• Develop solicitation plans and stewardship content for reunion programs.
• Recruit, train and steward volunteers to solicit gifts.
• Generate reports and queries in Raiser's Edge to monitor progress.
• Manage volunteer calendars and coordinate with alumni weekend staff.
• Analyze key metrics and report to leadership and stakeholders.
• Create and update training handbooks and welcome guides.
• Conduct training sessions at ImpactCMC Weekend, regional events, and one‑on‑one meetings.
• Recognize volunteers through events and communications.
• Other essential duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred from a selective liberal arts institution).
• 1–2 years of direct fundraising experience, preferably in annual giving, alumni giving or volunteer management.
• Experience leading teams and cultivating donor relationships.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent writing and training ability.
• Superior organizational and computer skills (CRMs, Microsoft Office, advanced Excel).
• Experience with Raiser's Edge is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional travel.
• Customer service background is preferred.

Work Hours & Location

Full‑time, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Weekend or evening work and occasional travel may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range $70,304–$72,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, tuition assistance and more.
