Assistant Director: Lead Restaurant Ops & Team Growth

Chick-fil-A Copperfield is seeking an Assistant Director to lead our restaurant team, overseeing operations across kitchen, front-of-house and drive-thru. You will recruit, train, and develop restaurant leaders, fostering a positive, collaborative culture while guiding performance and growth.

You will mentor staff, optimize processes, and drive customer satisfaction through efficient service, attention to quality, and a welcoming environment. This is a full-time, on-site role in Copperfield.
