Assistant Design Project ManagerOur client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Design Project Manager to support the coordination, documentation, and execution of design projects from concept through completion. This role plays a key part in managing design workflows, facilitating communication between internal teams and external consultants, and maintaining organized, accurate project documentation.Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating design documentation, permitting activities, and project schedulesSupport due diligence efforts by compiling reports, plans, and supporting data for new developmentsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to track deliverables and resolve design-related issuesReview design drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and consistency across disciplinesMaintain organized project files, design revisions, and correspondence for effective document controlTrack and coordinate materials and design components sourced from international vendorsPrepare project updates, meeting notes, and action items to ensure accountability and progress trackingAssist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and cost documentationFacilitate communication between design, construction, and procurement teams to align project objectivesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred2–3 years of experience in design coordination, project management support, or permittingProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite a plusStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting prioritiesBilingual in English and Mandarin preferredWhy Join Our Client:Our client is a dynamic real estate development and construction company recognized for delivering thoughtfully designed communities and innovative living environments.
