Assistant County AttorneyActing as a counsel for the State of New Hampshire in criminal matters, the Assistant County Attorney researches pertinent case law, drafts indictments, complaints & pleadings and further presents investigations and cases to the Grand Jury, conducts bench trials, jury trials, and all required hearings related to their assigned caseload. They maintain a collaborative working relationship with victim/witness coordinators to ensure that all victims and witnesses are properly informed, prepared, and supported through the prosecution process. Further, they collaborate with police, members of the public, and court staff.Required Education And ExperienceJuris Doctor from accredited law school.Must be admitted into the New Hampshire Bar Association.Full Time / Exempt
