Indel Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Corporate Counsel who will report to the Corporate Counsel and assist with legal management of Rockbridge Technologies, LLC and its subsidiaries.
Duties include drafting, reviewing and consulting on terms and conditions, NDAs, purchase orders, and service contracts; performing legal research; advising on U.S. export controls; handling disputes; and supporting corporate governance, real estate, and filings for the Rockbridge group.
