Overseeing the company's full accounting operations, the full-time hybrid Assistant Controller will manage the accounting team, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and optimize financial processes to support a high-growth, global business. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day accounting functions and ensure accurate financial close processes across multiple entities Oversee cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation and manufacturing variances, while partnering with cross-functional teams Strengthen internal controls, lead external audit preparations, and ensure compliance across international business units Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in cost or manufacturing accounting Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidated financial reporting Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system Demonstrated leadership experience managing accounting teams
