Assistant Controller, Private Equity (Co-Investments)
Midtown NYC | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Base Salary: Up to $145K + 30-35% Bonus + 15% Profit Share
What You'll Do
- Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor reporting for private equity co-investment funds
- Review quarterly financial statements, capital activity, performance calculations, and fund waterfalls
- Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Support audit, tax, regulatory, and investor reporting processes
- Partner with investment, investor relations, and senior leadership teams on reporting and analysis
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public/private experience
- CPA strongly preferred
- Exposure to private equity, alternative investments, fund accounting, or financial services required
