With operations spanning 10 states and multiple businesses, there's plenty of accounting complexity to keep things interesting!

We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Controller who knows their stuff, enjoys leading a team, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

✔️ Partner directly with the Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations

✔️ Own the monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

✔️ Navigate multi-company and intercompany accounting

✔️ Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team

✔️ Strengthen internal controls and improve processes

✔️ Be the go-to problem solver when the numbers don't add up!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

🎯 CPA required with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

🎯 Strong GAAP, GL, financial reporting, and Excel skills

🎯 Multi-entity accounting experience

🎯 A confident leader who can balance the big picture with the details

🎯 ERP experience (Sage is a plus!)
