1. Assistant Property Controller
- Oversee a team of 3–4 accounting professionals
- Lead monthly close activities and support financial reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with asset management, property management, and development
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements
2. Senior Property Accountant
- Support property-level accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Help maintain accurate and timely accounting across a residential portfolio
🔎 What They're Looking For
- Prior experience with a large residential real estate portfolio is required
- Stable work history and strong accounting fundamentals
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Affordable housing experience is a plus
- Background in public or private real estate organizations will be considered
