Our client is a Lancaster County-based privately held mid-sized company with a very strong and tenured accounting team.
The Assistant Controller position is a "hands on" management role that will have 3 direct reports and 10 indirect reports. This position will manage a GREAT team. The Assistant Controller will manage financial statement preparation, general ledger accounting / reporting and will oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
