Assistant Controller - $150,000 to $180,000 plus bonus (HYBRID work schedule)
Our client is a Lancaster County-based privately held mid-sized company with a very strong and tenured accounting team.
The Assistant Controller position is a "hands on" management role that will have 3 direct reports and 10 indirect reports. This position will manage a GREAT team. The Assistant Controller will manage financial statement preparation, general ledger accounting / reporting and will oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets. This position will also lead the financial audit process and maintain internal controls.
Our client seeks an Accounting Management with a minimum of 15 years of experience (preferring at least five years of management experience).
