Assistant Controller - GAAP Conversion & Tax Compliance

Wolfe Research, LLC seeks a mid-level accounting professional to convert cash-basis books to accrual GAAP/Tax-compliant financials and to manage ongoing GAAP/Tax accounting operations.

The role collaborates with senior accounting leadership and external tax advisors, reporting to the Director of Accounting/Controller, and will oversee month-end close, policy development, and internal controls.
