Assistant Controller: Financial Controls & Team Development

Hoffman Ford, Inc. seeks an Assistant Controller to establish and maintain the accounting and controls environment for the dealership group. You will supervise month-end close, reconcile ledgers, and review expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will partner with the CFO/Controller to report monthly results, develop staff, and implement process improvements across Hoffman entities. Strong accounting, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
