What you’ll do

• Run the month-end and year-end close and review the financial statements
• Oversee the accounting staff across AP, AR, JIB, payroll and fixed assets
• Review the GL, reconciliations and cost accounting
• Support audit, tax and lender reporting
• Lead ERP implementations, migrations and workflow automation
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
• Prepare analysis for the Controller and CFO on cost, pricing and capital decisions

What you bring

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with people leadership
• Energy, oil and gas services, or manufacturing background
• ERP migration or implementation experience is a strong plus
• Strong cost accounting and inventory knowledge
• CPA preferred
