This position will begin as a temporary assignment with the opportunity to transition to a regular, full-time position based on performance, business needs, and successful completion of the temporary assignment period.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the close process during the bridge period
- Review journal entries prepared by senior accountant
- Serve as primary Accounting contact for entity carve-out project
- Year-end audit planning and ownership of PBC request list
- Maintain reconciliation discipline and ensure completion
- Prepare quarterly & annual bank reports & financial statements
- Own WIP schedule review & tie-out
- Transition responsibilities to the permanent Assistant Controller over a 30–60-day handoff period
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on, Controller-level accounting leadership experience
- Able to run the close independently from day one with minimal ramp time
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
- Construction or WIP accounting experience
- Spectrum ERP Experience
