Assistant Property Controller Oversee a team of 3–4 accounting professionals Lead monthly close activities and support financial reporting Partner cross-functionally with asset management, property management, and development Contribute to special projects and process improvements
Senior Property Accountant Support property-level accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Help maintain accurate and timely accounting across a residential portfolio
Stable work history and strong accounting fundamentals Experience with Yardi preferred Affordable housing experience is a plus Background in public or private real estate organizations will be considered
