Working closely with Program Managers and project stakeholders, this role assists with project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project coordination to help ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a career in healthcare construction, development, and program management.Support Program Managers in the planning, execution, and administration of healthcare construction projectsAssist with project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement activities, and financial trackingPrepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting materials, and correspondenceCoordinate project meetings, maintain action item logs, and distribute meeting minutesSupport contractor, consultant, and client communications throughout the project lifecycleAssist with permitting, bidding, contract administration, invoicing, payment applications, and project closeout activitiesAttend project meetings, site visits, and stakeholder meetings as neededCreate presentations, project reports, and marketing materials for internal and external audiencesSupport departmental initiatives, business development efforts, and special projectsBachelor's degree required; Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferredPrevious construction, development, project management, or related experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate workStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentWillingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as neededJoin a growing team that is shaping the future of healthcare environments nationwide.
