🚨 NOW HIRING: Lead Assistant Construction Manager – Biopharma & Life Sciences

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Assistant Construction Manager to join a major GMP-compliant biopharma/life sciences construction project. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong construction background who wants to play a key role in field execution, subcontractor coordination, quality, safety, and project delivery.

🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the Construction Manager with daily construction operations and subcontractor activities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, manpower, and resources to keep the project on track

• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and progress reports

• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets design specifications and project requirements

• 🦺 Promote and enforce site safety protocols, including toolbox talks and safety audits

• Track material deliveries and coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are available when needed

• Serve as a key communication point between field teams, subcontractors, and project management

• Identify potential schedule, quality, or execution issues and assist with developing solutions

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of construction experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

• Experience with biopharma, life sciences, cleanroom, GMP, or high-containment facilities strongly preferred

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

• Experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent

• Experience supporting large-scale, complex pharmaceutical or life sciences projects

• Knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical facility systems, including HVAC, process piping, and electrical distribution
