In this leadership role, you'll work closely with the Chief Engineer to maintain resort facilities, support engineering staff, oversee maintenance operations, and help ensure an exceptional guest experience.Location: 9940 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89183Compensation: $85-$95,00.00 annuallyWhat You'll Do:Support daily Engineering and Maintenance operations across the resortAssist with preventive maintenance programs and property inspectionsPerform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenanceMonitor maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work ordersHelp supervise, schedule, train, and support Engineering team membersEnsure compliance with OSHA, ADA, and company safety standardsCoordinate work performed by outside contractors and vendorsMaintain engineering shop inventory, supplies, and organizationAssist with emergency response procedures and participate in on-call coverageDeliver outstanding guest service while maintaining professionalism and teamworkWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 2 years of hospitality engineering or maintenance leadership experience preferredResort or timeshare experience highly desirableStrong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance systemsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and WordFlexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency on-call shiftsAbility to lift and move equipment/materials as neededWhy Join Us?Be part of a supportive and team-oriented resort environmentStep into a leadership role with opportunities for career growthWork alongside experienced hospitality and engineering professionalsHelp create a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for guests every dayReady to take the next step in your engineering career?Apply today and become a key part of our resort leadership team!
