Assistant Center Director — Lead Early Childhood Team

BrightPath Kids in Elmer, NJ is seeking an Assistant Director to work with the Center Director, teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, in line with NAEYC guidelines.

Responsibilities include safety supervision, ensuring staff understanding of classroom objectives, assisting with licensing and internal policies, handling administrative duties, substituting as Center Director when needed, and maintaining clear communication with parents.
