Assistant Bakery Ops Manager — Path to BOM Leadership

Insomniacookies is seeking an Assistant Bakery Operations Manager (ABOM) to develop the next generation of bakery leaders. This role blends hands-on operations with talent development, driving urgency, accuracy, and accountability across day-to-day bakery tasks and staff coaching.

You will independently execute BOM-level duties when needed, manage scheduling, staffing, and training, and partner with BOM/Area leadership to close gaps.
