Reneris is recruiting an Asset Manager / Senior Asset Manager for a mission-driven affordable housing organization in Northern California.
This is a remote opportunity for an experienced affordable housing professional who can independently assess portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, recommend corrective strategies, and help strengthen the long-term financial health of an aging housing portfolio.
Portfolio financial and operational analysis LIHTC partnership and regulatory oversight Capital planning and preservation strategy Refinancing and partnership transactions Development-to-operations transitions Cross-functional collaboration with Property Management, Development and Finance
3+ years of affordable housing experience
Strong financial/KPI analysis skills
Experience with layered financing, including LIHTC and exposure to HCD, HUD and/or USDA
Capital planning experience
Asset Manager in chico at Unknown Company
