This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the financial performance and strategic planning of a commercial and multifamily real estate portfolio. This individual will help maximize asset value through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for a portfolio of assets.
- Analyze results and provide strategic recommendations to enhance value.
- Partner cross-functionally to support capital planning, reporting, and investment decisions.
- Prepare performance updates and valuation analyses for stakeholders.
- Develop property business plans, financial models, and hold/sell analyses.
- Review leasing proposals and evaluate their financial impact.
- Monitor capital projects, cash flow, investor distributions, and portfolio performance.
- Support refinancing, recapitalization, acquisition, and disposition initiatives.
- Communicate with leadership, lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or investment roles.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and ARGUS.
- Effective communicator with experience presenting to leadership or external partners.
- Experience working with lenders or institutional investors preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
