Privately held, vertically integrated real estate firm with over 50 years of experience across various asset types and geographies is seeking a Multifamily Asset Manager in their Charlotte, NC office.
The Position:
- Develop and execute an asset management strategy for portfolio maximizing long term value, property operations, capital expenditures, and renovation/redevelopment programs
- Collaborate as necessary, with other team members on regional investment activities including acquisition's support and underwriting
- Oversee debt and refinancing efforts for the portfolio
- Oversee 3rd party Property Management
Requirements:
- BS in Finance or related field
- 5+ years in Asset Management in market rate multifamily with 200+ units
- Ability to lead and manage the asset management process
