Basel Capital USA is a real estate investment and development company with condominium projects across the United States and Canada. We are seeking an experienced, Chinese-speaking Asset Manager based in Bellevue, Washington, to oversee condominium property operations and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, repairs, and property condition. Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial and operational reports. Coordinate with property management teams, contractors, vendors, and the homeowners association. Respond to owner and resident concerns and ensure timely follow-up. Review service contracts and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs. Plan and oversee capital improvements and building maintenance projects. Communicate with Chinese-speaking owners, investors, and other stakeholders. Work with Basel Capital's leadership to protect and enhance the property's long-term value.
Qualifications At least three years of relevant experience in real estate asset management, property management, or condominium building management. Proficiency in spoken Chinese and English sufficient for professional communication. Experience with condominium operations, HOA coordination, budgeting, and vendor management. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software. Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Bellevue/Greater Seattle area.
