THE FIRM – A Chicago based private equity real estate investment firm with $2B million AUM is looking to bring on an Asset Manager to oversee their Multi-Family investment portfolio . This role will report directly to the SVP and leader of the function with cross-collaboration across IR, Acquisitions, and Finance teams.
OPPORTUNITY – Exposure to the firm's entire multi-family real estate portfolio across the United States (both ground-up development & value-add assets). Direct mentorship from the leader of the function who has been with the firm for over a decade.
What qualifications are required?
- 3-6 years of post-graduate professional experience within Real Estate Asset Management, Finance, Portfolio Management, or Accounting.
- Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, real estate, or another quantitative field with a competitive GPA
