Asset Management Specialist/AnalystThe Asset Management Specialist/Analyst executes daily asset management operations within system-driven environments, ensuring accurate asset tracking, reconciliation, and compliance with ServiceNow workflows and service-level requirements. This role supports inventory accuracy, data integrity, and timely system updates to maintain audit-ready asset accountability.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Process asset updates via ServiceNow/SMP ticketing workflowsPerform daily reconciliation of asset movements, deployments, and returnsSupport asset attestation tracking and compliance monitoringMaintain accurate asset records within the system of recordCoordinate with Property Custodians and stakeholders to resolve discrepanciesSupport barcode/RFID tagging and inventory activities100% data accuracy for asset updatesEnsure completion of asset updates within 48-hour service-level agreement (SLA) requirements in accordance with ServiceNow workflow timelinesSupport continuous process improvement initiatives and compliance with USPTO asset management policies and federal property accountability standardsQualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchangesHighly organized with great attention to detailMinimum Qualifications:2–5 years of experience supporting asset management, inventory tracking, or system-of-record environmentsExperience operating within ServiceNow or similar ticket-driven systemsExperience supporting data entry, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution within SLA-driven environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with ServiceNow, RFID/barcode systems, and federal environment experiencePay and Benefits At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
