Asset Management M&A Associate, Private Equity

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a highly qualified associate to join the Private Equity Group in Boston. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in teams and independently manage transaction components with a focus on asset management M&A, including GP stakes transactions and related corporate matters.

Candidates should have over three years of relevant experience, strong business sense, stellar communication skills, and be eligible for bar admission in Boston.
