Seeking an analytical and entrepreneurial Asset Management Analyst, this remote full-time position will manage budget builds, conduct variance analysis, and produce performance reports to optimize rental portfolios while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Manage budget builds and lead monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis for assigned portfolios, identifying trends and partnering with Accounting and Ops teams Produce performance reports for institutional investors and company leadership, translating data into clear narratives and recommendations Conduct financial analysis to support hold/sell decisions and portfolio expansion opportunities, while leveraging advanced reporting tools Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field 4-5+ years of experience in real estate, asset management, financial analysis, FP&A, or a related analytical role Strong understanding of portfolio financials and P&L Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data visualization Proficiency in Sigma or a similar analytics platform, with experience in AI-powered workflows preferred
