Supporting the operational, financial, and commercial oversight of utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage assets, the remote Asset Management Analyst will manage performance analysis, KPI reporting, and financial planning support while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Assist the Asset Management team in resolving commercial, operational, and compliance matters while coordinating with O&M, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams Analyze monthly project-level P&L statements and cash flow forecasts, delivering insights for portfolio managers Prepare recurring reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity in dashboards, lender reports, and stakeholder updates Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, economics, environmental studies, or a related field 2+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, asset management, project finance, or operations Advanced user of Microsoft Excel; experience with VBA, Power BI, or similar tools preferred Strong organizational skills and a mindset of continuous improvement Basic understanding of organized energy market fundamentals and a passion for renewable energy
